01Who I am

I'm Oleg Sharshakov, a solo developer based in Novi Sad, Serbia. I operate this site and the consumer apps published under the sharshakov.app brand. The data controller for everything on this site is me, individually, contactable at oleg@sharshakov.app.

02What this site collects

Pages you read: no cookies, no analytics, no fingerprinting. Server access logs (IP, timestamp, path) are kept 14 days for abuse prevention, then deleted.

Devlog subscription: if you subscribe, your email address is stored at Beehiiv (United States) for delivery. Unsubscribe link in every email.

Apps (separate domain & policies): apps distributed under sharshakov.app/<slug>/ have their own privacy notice inside the app — they are not covered here.

03How I use it

To send you the devlog emails you explicitly opted in to. To detect and block abuse. Nothing else. I do not build profiles, sell data, or use any of it for advertising.

04Sub-processors

Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, edge routing (sees IP + request metadata, EU + global).

Beehiiv — devlog newsletter delivery (sees email + open/click events, United States, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified).

Fastmail — inbound mail at oleg@sharshakov.app (sees email content, EU + US).

05Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email oleg@sharshakov.app and I'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

06Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The Beehiiv subscribe form, if you interact with it, is loaded from embeds.beehiiv.com in an iframe and may set cookies on that domain — those are governed by Beehiiv's own policy.

07Changes

Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance by email to subscribers and via a banner on this page.
