01Acceptance
By using sharshakov.app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the site — there's no penalty, it just won't be useful to you.
02Acceptable use
Read, share, and quote the content with attribution. Don't run automated traffic that disrupts the service for others. Don't impersonate me or scrape personal data of newsletter subscribers.
03Intellectual property
The text, design, brand marks, and source code are mine. Code samples explicitly marked as such are MIT unless noted otherwise. Brand assets in /press are licensed only for editorial and press coverage of sharshakov.app, not for derivative products.
04Apps & subscriptions
Apps distributed under sharshakov.app/<slug>/ have their own EULAs. Subscriptions to those apps are sold and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their store rules — I cannot process refunds for store-mediated subscriptions, but I'll always tell you who to contact.
05Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by Serbian law.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, my aggregate liability for any claim related to this site is limited to €0. You assume any risk from acting on its content.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Novi Sad. This doesn't take away consumer rights that the law in your country of residence grants you.
